Waves of pine, citrus peel, and resin come courtesy of Centennial, Columbus, and Chinook hops, while a dry-hop of Comet and Chinook adds a crisp, grapefruit-led finish. Underpinning it all is Scottish pale malt and specialty grains, bringing depth and balance. Full-flavoured, perfectly bitter and brewed for proper pints. |
