The Wolversdene Club and Hayward Suite has been part of the community for nearly 75 years with over 500 members who live in the surrounding area. ​The Club started life as a Home Guard Club after World War 2.

Today there is more of an emphasis on sports with many of the members playing for local teams, and the Club regularly hosts pool and darts league fixtures.

It has a welcoming local pub style atmosphere, with facilities including Sky Sports on big screen tv, a jukebox, a full size snooker table, 4 pool tables, dart boards, skittle alley and a sun terrace. Families are welcome.
